Consideration of an Ordinance of the City of Vernonia granting to Ziply Fiber Northwest, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, DBA Ziply Fiber, a franchise to construct, operate & maintain a telecomunications network wihtin the City of Vernonia, Oregon , and repealing Ordinance 935.
When: October 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM.
Where: Citizens are invited to attend in person at 1001 Bridge Street, Vernonia OR 97064 or via ZOOM.
Why: The Vernonia City Council is interested in hearing from citizens who are interested in expressing their opinion on the ordinance.
