PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE OF SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE METHODOLOGY

The City of Vernonia hereby issues a 90-day public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.204, of its intent to update its system development charges.

A draft technical report addressing the methodology and calculation of the proposed charges will be available for review on Friday, October 9, 2026, at City Hall or by contacting the City of Vernonia (see contact information below).

 

A public hearing to take comments regarding the proposed system development charges is scheduled for Thursday, December 10th, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
