Contractor: FCS, a Bowman Company

We are pleased to announce that the Bid received from FCS, a Bowman company. has been selected for providing a SDC Rate Study as described in the Request for Bid document.

Upon opening of the Bids on Feb. 6th, FCS, a Bowman company, was the lowest qualified bidder and the City of Vernonia intends to award the rate study contract to FCS, a Bowman company.

The 7-day comment period for the Intent to Award has passed with no comments received.

Following contract execution, a Notice to Proceed will be issued.
