Utility Customers - Automated Calls/Emails

Did you receive a confusing call or email today?
The City of Vernonia’s utility billing software is transitioning to a new payment processor. In an effort to notify all customers on autopay before next months billing, automated calls and emails have gone out. Unfortunately, the system is contacting ALL customers, regardless of automatic payment enrollment.
The new system will be ready for re-enrollment on the 12th. If you are not enrolled but are interested, please contact City Hall after that date as we are happy to assist you.
