Proposed Zone Code Amendment in the City of Vernonia, File No. PA19-01
When: January 4, 2020 at 7:00 pm
Where: The hearing will be online only. Instructions on how to attend this meeting will be posted with the City Council Meeting Agenda on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020.
Why: The City proposes a Zoning Code Text Change to revise Chapters 9-01 of Title 9 to address Downtown Parking Standards. (File # PA 19-01).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vernonia City Council, will conduct a public hearing on a request by the City of Vernonia to amend the Zoning Code as it relates to Chapters 9-01 and 9-11 of Title 9 to address parking in the Downtown Zone.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Vernonia City Council online only. This will be a public hearing at which time proponents and opponents of the proposed Zone Code Amendment will be heard.

Public testimony is welcome, and written statements will also be received before the hearing.
