The City of Vernonia is pleased to announce that upon opening of the Bids for the Louisiana Ave Right-of-Way Improvements- Phase I project, Pihl, Inc. had provided the lowest qualified bid. The City is posting this Notice of Intent to Award to Pihl, Inc. and accepting any written protests per state regulations.
