Oregon ePermitting

The City of Vernonia offers online structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit submittals through the State of Oregon ePermitting system. If you are a homeowner or licensed contractor, please click the below link, create an account and submit your application.

If you are applying for a permit to build a new dwelling, a New Home Packet must be completed and submitted to City Hall. Please contact Stephanie Borst at 503.429.5291 x105 or permits@vernonia-or.gov to schedule an appointment for permit application submittal.

Inspections

Call 800.358.8034 by 5:00pm to request an inspection the following inspection day.

Building and mechanical inspections are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Electrical inspections are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
