Notice of RFP Cancellation

TO:                  Proposers to City of Vernonia Request for Proposals for City Planning Services

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above referenced Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is cancelled. Section 2.9 of the RFP and ORS 279B.100 allow the City to cancel the procurement for any and all proposals. In accordance therewith, and upon a determination that cancellation is in the best interest of the City due to a lack of proposals received, this RFP is cancelled and will be re-issued at a later date. All proposals that were received in response to the RFP are rejected.
