As a courtesy to the community, the City Council Meeting Agendas included on this web site now have a slightly different format. In addition to the standard Adobe PDF agenda, the agenda is presented as a web page with links to the various council meeting packet elements. Now you can download and print your own council meeting packet items of which you may have an interest.

The council meeting minutes remain in the same format. You may occasionally find special/emergency meeting minutes online in addition to the regularly scheduled meetings. Only 3 months worth of minutes are linked on the web site.

Note: Some of these agenda items may be quite large and may take some time to download on a dial-up connection. We have taken steps to reduce the size of these files to a minimum. Please be patient if you are on dial-up internet connection. DSL and broadband users will experience shorter download times. You must have Adobe PDF reader installed on your PC. The reader is available free from Adobe Reader.
