Community Learning Center construction is on schedule. "We expect to
have the outside walls standing by the end of next week," said Steve
Campbell, Campbell Construction Foreman for JH Kelley. The Community
Learning Center is scheduled to be completed by June 2006. The Center
will house a room equipped with 22
